Transport Department Assistant
Almaty, no experience required, full-time, on-site.
Logistics assistant responsibilities:
- Daily processing of requests and documents;
- Monitoring shipment statuses;
- Preparing information for the logistics specialist;
- Communicating with drivers;
- Maintaining reports and records in the CRM system.
The assistant participates in planning and organizing freight deliveries, selecting transport, monitoring deliveries and handling day-to-day tasks to ensure a stable and efficient logistics process.

CIS Transport Department Manager
Almaty, 1–3 years of experience, full-time, on-site.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in international road freight across the CIS;
- Excellent knowledge of the transport markets in CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and others);
- An up-to-date carrier database of your own is mandatory;
- Ability to negotiate, agree on rates, verify and manage shipments from the initial request to closing documents;
- Resilience under pressure and a quick response to unexpected situations;
- Readiness to process a high volume of requests and get up to speed quickly.
